Biltong Muffins


– 120grams wholewheat four
– 120gm plain flour
– 250grams Moist Biltong Sliced, and finely chopped
– 50grams cheddar cheese (grated)
– 30ml baking powder
– 3 eggs
– 200ml milk
– 100ml cooking oil
– pinch of salt
– 15ml lemon juice

Method: Combine all ingredients in mixing dish and stir lightly. Spoon mixture into greased muffin pans and bake in preheated oven at 220 celsius for 11-15 minutes. When the tops are golden brown, muffins are ready to remove from oven. Leave to cool for 10 minutes before removing from muffin pan. Serve warm and with butter.
