Shipping Information

D.Jays uses two primary shipping methods.

1. Perth Metro: If you are in the Perth Metro area, we will send your parcel with Aramex. The fee for this is $5.50

2. Outside Perth Metro: For all other shipments, we will send your goods with StarTrack. This is a generally an overnight service. This service can not be sent to PO Boxes (See below for more info on PO Boxes).

• For parcels under 2kg the charge is $14.30
• For parcel between 2kg – 4kg the charge is $22
• Over 4kg will be charged at additional rates according to the costs above.

PO Boxes: If you prefer your shipment be sent to a PO Box then we use Australia Post Express satchels. These are charged at the rates above for StarTrack services.

Shipping Returns

• Please allow extra time for delivery during the peak seasons and for remote destinations. We are also experiencing some delays due to Covid which are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding.
• We guarantee to take every care in packaging your order but cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods during transit.
• Prices are based on current rates and therefore are subject to change without notice. Changes will be updated here at the earliest convenience.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 22 Midas Road, Malaga WA 6090

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
