Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase date, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If there is any issues with your order, contact us ASAP so our staff can assist in a timely and reasonable manner.

Returns

Due to the nature of our goods, our return policy is very limited. As we cannot re use items once they have left our premises, products should only be returned to us if requested by our staff.

D.Jays does not accept returns for change of mind or mistaken orders. We encourage you to check your order carefully before placing it. If a mistake is made and we have not shipped your goods we will do our best to accommodate the changes you require.

Refunds

If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with our products, refunds can be issued at the discretion of our staff.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] or phone us on (08) 9248 8277. Our staff will instruct you on the next steps.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 22 Midas Road, Malaga WA 6090.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
