This delicious range of award winning hot sauces is lovingly hand crafted in small batches by local Perth lad Paul Martanovic, known to many as Dr Paul.

Back in 2013, Paul’s passion for cooking and all things chilli developed into a full time sauce making empire.

Ever since its creation, Paul has pushed Dr Paul’s Hotsauce at local markets and festivals every weekend of the year whilst gaining a popular following here in Perth and also interstate.

Paul’s main focus is flavour and sourcing the freshest chillies and produce that Western Australia has to offer, and combining them to bring you this exciting range.
