– 1 x bread dough packet
– 2 x Potato Bake packets
– 250ml Cream
– 400g Grated Cheddar Cheese
– 200g Traditional Biltong Powder
– 1 diced onion
– 250ml Milk
Method: Roll the dough into balls and place in a baking dish. Mix Potato bake, cream, milk, onion and biltong powder together in a jug. Pour the mixture over the dough balls and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 25 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius.
Best Served with your Braai (BQQ) meat.
