– 125grams smooth cream (with chives optional)
– 30ml mayonaise
– 30ml lemon juice
– handful of chopped parsely
– 60g Traditional Biltong Powder
– Salt & Pepper to taste
Method: Mix all ingredients together until well combined and serve. Granish with sliced olives or gherkins.
This spread can be used on all breads, and is best served on fresh toast for that extra bit of melting goodness.
For a great sandwich, slather 2 pieces of multigrain bread with the biltong spread and toast together in a sandwich press.
