Ingredients:

  • 1 x bread dough packet
  • 2 x Potato Bake packets
  • 250ml Cream
  • 400g Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 200g Traditional Biltong Powder
  • 1 diced onion
  • 250ml Milk

Method:

Roll the dough into balls and place in a baking dish. Mix Potato bake, cream, milk, onion and biltong powder together in a jug. Pour the mixture over the dough balls and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 25 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius.
Best Served with your Braai (BQQ) meat.
