I’ve been chewin on jerky for about 20 years now, tried that many types of jerky I can’t remember their names. However my local ‘bojangles’in Alice Springs recently got your biltong range in to try. Well you’re on to a winner, I’m a deadest fan of your soft biltong range and the dried sausage has almost replaced the wife – “almost”.
